WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You are responsible for the Purchase Requisition Processing
• You take over the Project Coordination Support
• You support the Station Configuration and Documentation: you help with procurement of the equipment and COT items to support workstations builds
• You support the IATF Process Audit and help develop Quality Management System within the client's organization
• You participate in projects review meetings and propose product/process improvements, if necessary
• You evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
• You plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
• You supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflows on track, e.g. you update status and track budget allocation
• You communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, budget, and timeline

WHO YOU ARE

• You have at least a Bachelor of Engineering degree: Mechanical/ Industrial/Electrical or similar
• You have have 1-2 years of practical work experience in a manufacturing/ equipment build environment
• You are communicative and are able to facilitate discussions with team members
• You can identify, analyze, and prioritize issues external to the project and develop mitigation plans
• You produce clear status reports and can identify issues, create solutions, and navigate resolutions
• You understand corporate organization/environment and team structure and are able to take a business vision and translate it into a project vision
• You are a team player but can also work well on your own, your presentation & MS-Office skills are very good, and you are highly flexible
• You are willing to travel
• You are authorized to work in the US
