    We’re seeking an experienced P6 Scheduler to lead project scheduling for large commercial, mission-critical, and industrial projects. This role is essential in ensuring accurate project timelines, proactive planning, and effective coordination across multiple stakeholders.     Key Responsibilities:

    Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accurate timelines for all project phases.

    Create and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based on project scope and construction packages.

    Coordinate with the project management team to ensure schedule consistency, accuracy, and timely updates.

    Conduct regular on-site visits to review project progress, validate schedule updates, and identify potential delays.

    Facilitate and participate in weekly schedule review meetings, ensuring alignment across teams.

    Generate progress reports and provide due date notifications with a summary of upcoming tasks.

    Adjust project schedules as needed to accommodate changes in scope, timelines, or resource availability.

    Support project planning from initial conceptual design to design development, developing preliminary schedules for new projects.

    Qualifications:

    3+ years of experience as a construction project scheduler for large commercial, mission-critical, or industrial projects.

    Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.

    Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field preferred, or 3+ years of related construction scheduling experience in lieu of a degree.

    Strong understanding of WBS development, schedule management, and progress tracking.

    Proven ability to conduct site visits and validate progress against the schedule.

    Strong analytical skills for gathering, analyzing, and presenting schedule data.

    Effective communication skills for collaborating with project teams and conducting schedule reviews.

    Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple schedules concurrently.
