At PA, you will collaborate with other like-minded colleagues in multi-functional teams, working on some of our most exciting projects. You will have the opportunity to: 

• Develop your career as a consultant by working with exceptional consulting colleagues on a range of assignments   
• Develop your Agile and Business Analysis skillsets through our extensive training offering which includes BCS diplomas, SAFe/Scrum certifications, and the opportunity to join our mentoring program  
• Work with one of our internal BA workstreams to develop the Agile BA offering at PA 
• Be part of initiatives that you genuinely care about, for example Mental Health and Wellbeing, Women in Technology, LGBTQ+ and BAME 
• Work across a range of clients across the public and private sector.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING 

You have: 

• A minimum of 2 years’ recent experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment 
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with top-level stakeholders  
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills  
• Flexibility to travel nationally and opportunities to work internationally with our clients should you desire 
• A desire to develop PA’s internal Agile BA community as well as working with our clients

You may also have: 

• Consulting experience (but this is not essential) 
• An understanding of different delivery models with a knowledge of Agile methods 
• Experience of coordinating activities across multiple teams across the delivery lifecycle e.g. Project Management, Architecture, Operations etc. 
• An understanding of key transformational concepts such as backlog creation, refinement and prioritization with well-defined acceptance criteria
