    PERSON SPECIFICATION

    We are looking for professionals with experience working either in consulting, the public sector or industry. If you’re bright, enterprising and a fast learner, then we want to hear from you. We’re looking for candidates with the potential to learn on the job and develop into brilliant consultants, no matter your background.

    Your key strengths include:

    • Experience of working in a challenging and delivery-focused environment, with some experience of project work.
    • High levels of emotional intelligence and experience working with a range of stakeholders so that you can adapt your approach to the environment.
    • A collaborative approach to your work, with flexibility to work on diverse challenges in small or large teams.  
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with an ability to deliver practical results.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, which allow you to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

    Our People and Change consultants engage with clients in creative ways and we are particularly interested to hear from you if you have experience in one or more of the following:

    • Designing and implementing business change strategies and/or strategic communications
    • Building business engagement plans and supporting stakeholders at all levels to understand and embrace change
    • Managing change programs in digital or agile organization environments 
    • Conducting cultural assessments within organizations and designing interventions to achieve lasting cultural change
    • Analyzing the impact of business change and designing innovative change approaches
    • Purpose, Leadership and Culture: shaping an organization’s purpose, culture and leadership capability to support strategic priorities
    • Transforming HR structures and building capability within an HR function
    • Learning and Performance Innovation: reimagining learning to replace traditional training with digital-first experiences to drive performance
    • Talent management - taking a future-forward approach to revitalize a workforce, harnessing talent and engaging and empowering individuals to deliver high performance.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Subject to lockdown restrictions, you’ll be flexible to travel within the US. You will be based in one of our US offices, but you’ll usually be working side-by-side with our clients at their offices across the Americas. Base location is negotiable. Most of our team are currently working from home and it is likely that you will initially spend most of your time working at home, dependent on COVID restrictions.
