A successful candidate will lead new business development and sales for this part of the business. They will identify new business opportunities across existing and new clientele and take the lead in developing those opportunities to deliver business growth.

II. CONSULTANT: Expected to be dependable when work on their own project tasks which are predominately client facing but under the supervision of an Assignment Manager. They will usually be part of a team but may be required to head up a workstream or a small project. They may also be called upon to provide input into sales, marketing and Thought Leadership activities. CANDIDATES TYPICALLY HAVE 5+ YEARS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT CONSULTANCY EXPERIENCE
III. CONSULTANT ANALYST: expected to support a team of consultants in research and study within their specific technical field, with Consultant Analysts having more demanding tasks and increasing client contact. The primary focus will be on fee-earning work for clients and only secondarily on supporting sales activity. CANDIDATES TYPICALLY HAVE 2-3+ YEARS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT CONSULTANCY EXPERIENCE
