YOUR DAY-TO-DAY  

• Engage clients using innovative methods to drive team collaboration and lead structured rapid idea generation and development sessions 
• Deliver quality solutions and iterate to improve them 
• Determine best techniques to co-create and innovate on client opportunities 
• Manage and coach small teams and oversee team-work activities to innovate and achieve value creation  
• Effectively collaborate with peers, leadership, and clients 
• Coach clients in the benefits of Agile

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING 

• Minimum 5 years of external consulting experience or other relevant experience related to successful delivery of change management work in support of enterprise transformation or organizational change 
• Progressive Agile delivery-implementing end to end (fully life cycle) transformation  
• 3-5 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: agile coaching, IT delivery and project management,  
• Interested and capable of applying your Agile expertise in the wider organization in addition to the realm of the CIO  
• Ability to innovate and challenge the norms  
• Agile work style, open to iteration and flexible to change approach/direction  
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
