  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    NECESSARY

    • At least 10-15 years of experience, preferably with big 4 or strategy firm
    • Areas of Expertise:
      • Organizational Strategy, Organizational, Team and Job Design, Organizational Development
      • CULTURE DESIGN AND TRANSFORMATION
      • Functional expertise – at least three areas (for example: HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales Function, Customer Service, Digital Organization)
      • Governance models
      • Culture Design and Implementation
    • Ability to conduct quantitative analysis (span of control; operational cost FTE metrics to right size an organization)
    • Ability to model organizational design to support business strategy
    • Client Relationships (at Fortune 100/500)
    • Graduate Degree in Business or Social Sciences

     

     NICE TO HAVE

    • Experience with HLS clients – Pharma, Medtech, and Biotech Or Experience with Energy sector
    • Thought leadership/publications
    • Demonstrated interest in creating innovative teams and cultures
    • Expertise: Workforce and Talent Planning
    • Expertise: Spin-offs/Divestitures & Mergers/Acquisitions
    • Toolkits/Approaches in above areas of expertise
