Job Description: Earn up to $250,000 per year at Gold PM&R. Gold is seeking dedicated and passionate providers to join our dynamic team. As a Gold PM&R provider, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will work collaboratively with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Gold PM&R specializes in acute and subacute rehabilitation units and facilities, now offering outpatient follow up, in an outpatient specialty of your choice. Have the freedom to work in a PM&R clinic tailored to your interests – EMG, botox/spasticity, sports/ortho, TBI, SCI, palliative care, etc.

Requirements:

• Physician's Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) degree.

• Valid medical license in the state of practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of new patient visits and follow up visits.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to professional growth and development.

• Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
