With branch locations in Santa Rosa, San Rafael, Napa, Ukiah, Roseville, Sacramento, Stockton, San Francisco, San Carlos, Santa Clara, Oakland, Yuba City, Bakersfield, Hawaii, and four decorative plumbing showrooms, we proudly serve our customers in Northern California and Hawaii. We are looking for an Estimator/Project Manager in our Luxury Finish Department. We need someone knowledgeable in Custom Home Residential Plumbing Finish and Fixtures. YOU CAN POTENTIALLY WORK FROM ANY OF OUR LOCATIONS!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under supervision, this person will need to work within a team, and independently, managing various Residential Custom Home projects. This person will review custom home documents to prepare quotes of desired products and advise on product alternates when needed. Review products desired and ensure quotes are prepared with technical accuracy, compliancy and completeness. This person will coordinate and oversee multiple custom home projects from beginning to end. You will be responsible for, but not limited to; forging relationships with PACE clients, resolving day-to-day problems, adhering to timelines, scheduling deliveries & returns, purchasing, returning products, etc. You will work closely with vendors and manufacturers’ & representatives to assure availability and on-time delivery of required products. Act as a liaison between customers and vendors to effectively resolve customer issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Must have custom home showroom residential fixture experience or knowledge.

·         Work under deadlines and prioritize workload to meet client’s needs.

·         Provide excellent customer service at all times.

·         Knowledge of residential plumbing fixtures preferred.

·         Time management skills

·         Must be highly organized and detail oriented.

·         Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Ability to work cooperatively with multiple levels within the company, and externally with customers and manufacturers’.

·         Requires working knowledge in MS Office and MS Outlook.
