HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
Job Description
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
The Human Resources/Payroll Assistant is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with HR management in supporting designated geographic regions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas as needed: Payroll administration, employee relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is active and requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, as needed. The employee may lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
