We are looking for a Full-time front desk operator for a growing medical/psychiatric practice in Oklahoma City, OK. Hours of operation are 8:00AM – 5PM, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and 8AM – 12:00PM on Fridays (40 hour work week). Must be motivated, hard worker, energetic (have some personality!) and fast working individual who loves to serve patients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Great verbal communications/customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team player
• Appointment and scheduling experience needed
• Need to be comfortable asking for and accepting payment for services
• Experience with multiline phones
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Maintain a clean working area
• Be at work on time
