Expected pay range: $35,000-$40,000 salary plus mileage reimbursement
About your Role:
Provide supervision to our Direct Care staff working with Intellectual and Developmental Disabled clients. This position works weekdays 9am-5pm and responds to after-hour needs via phone. Our Behavior Support Professional (BSP) is trained to provide client skill assessments, create behavior support plans, facilitate habilitation programs, provide monthly summary reports, train staff, among other supervisory duties. This is a great role providing leadership training and support!

Does this apply to You?
Bachelors degree in a human service field (Rehabilitation counseling, Psychology, Social Services, etc)
1 year or more of professional experience in the I/DD Waiver field
Maintain professional certifications and pass all initial training according to the IDD Waiver guidelines and OHFLAC certification requirements.
Ability to pass a Criminal background check prior to providing services (clear of any misdemeanor or felony conviction of abuse/neglect of a child and/or an incapacitated adult)
Current certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
Valid driver’s license with a vehicle in good running order and current auto insurance
