Palm Tree Treasures in Islamorada, FL is looking for one sales associate to join our small business team. The open air, souvenir stores are located on Robbie's Marina. We are the front two souvenir stores (Bead and Glass Shacks). Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Daily hours are 8:50 am - 5:50 pm.

Must have own transportation and live in MONROE COUNTY full time.

Base hourly pay of $20/ hour with daily commission (earned after 30 days of employment). Paid direct deposit every Friday.

Seeking someone for 2-4 days per week. We are open everyday rain or shine! Holiday hours may vary.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance
• Opening and closing procedures
• Keep the open air stores as neat and tidy as possible
• Restock, fix, and merchandise products
• Use judgment to solve customer problems and answer FAQs
• Maintains scheduling commitments
• Ability to use or learn the Clover POS system
• Ability to work outdoors in the Florida Keys, everyday (under shade and with fans everywhere!)

• Excellent verbal skills
• Able to problem solve as issues arise
• Able to work outside and with crowds
• No drama workplace
