PAM Transport is looking to add a new team member who is specialized in CTPAT training who can help us manage the program both internally and externally!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assure compliance with CTPAT policies and procedures.
• Maintain and create policies, procedures, and or controls related with CTPAT compliance.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure CTPAT policies and procedures are documented and practiced at all levels of the organization.
• Review current and prospect business partners for compliance with CTPAT.
• Advise CTPAT Committee when a current or prospect business partner is not compliant with CTPAT.
• Represent the company to Customs and Border Patrol and Department of Homeland Security (CBP/DHS), preparing responses to CBP/DHS during audits or incidents related to CTPAT.
• Maintain company wide training program on CTPAT and ensuring training is completed by all employees in accordance with CTPAT.
• Work with managements at all levels and facilities to ensure CTPAT compliance.
• Keeps up to date with CTPAT minimum security criteria and establishes new policies and processes related to such.
