Logistics Planning Manager

We are currently searching for a highly motivated bilingual (Korean and English) Logistics Planning Manager at an Assistant Manager to a Manager level.
Core Roles & Responsibilities
(1) Warehouse Labor Productivity Management
- • Implement processes and procedures for internal productivity measurement in all warehouses
- • Standardize and Manage associate user information within LG GWMS (warehouse operation management) systems
- • Monitor daily operations as it relates to GWMS to ensure internal procedures are followed
- • Monitor all touch points between the systems (ADP/GWMS) and troubleshoot all issues
- • Responsible for on-going maintenance and configuration of all GWMS implementation
- • Provide first-level internal support to management and operational leaders
- • Resolving day to day issues (troubleshooting reports, process improvements)
- • Documenting and logging all support issues
- • Acting as the main point of contact for productivity management
- • Work cross-functionally to effectively communicate and solve GWMS issues
- • Capability to generate and modify reports in Excel, GWMS and Pantos internal modules
- • Continuously administer end user training to enhance existing employee skills
- • Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as necessary
- • Provide insights and updates through management reports, as necessary
(2) Direct (Labor) / Indirect (Non-Warehouse Related) Cost Analysis and Reporting
- • Facilitate and execute the direct & indirect employees’ expense planning, beginning with customer’s business planning and coming to fruition at the end of the corporate budgeting process.
- • Co-work with Human Resources on all direct/indirect related cost billing to customer
- • Manage and report gap analysis vs budget on a monthly basis
- • Correspond to cost related expenses to customer when necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of Logistics experience
- Ability to make presentations and develop reports for internal management/external customers
- Working knowledge of warehouse management software (e.g. WMS)
- Proven competencies in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
