Job Title: Sales Associate

Position Overview: As a Sales Associate at Papa Health Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service within our vape retail environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers, educating them on our products, and ensuring they have a satisfying shopping experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about vaping products, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Educate customers on the features, benefits, and proper usage of our vape products.
3. Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs and preferences.
4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including product displays and inventory management.
6. Stay informed about new vape products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
7. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns promptly and courteously.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
9. Uphold company policies and procedures regarding sales, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
10. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
• Passion for vaping products and a strong understanding of the vaping industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age for vaping products in the respective location).
• Compliance with all state and local regulations regarding the sale of tobacco and vaping products (if applicable).
