K&C Clothing is a company in the women’s wholesale clothing industry with a strong focus on a younger look with a missy fit. We are a golden rule company that allows you to work with great independence, and to develop lasting relationships with retailers and business owners. These relationships are formed through helping your customers develop successful boutiques and select clothing that fits their unique needs, style, and budget requirements. With our distribution facility located in Jacksonville, FL we have the infrastructure and history of meeting the needs of small niche companies.

• Organized, able to handle emails, calls, collections, and place orders while on the road, or at the office.
• Sufficient physical and emotional energy and gifting to handle trade show sales.
• A heartfelt passion for the work we do.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software systems.
• Quick, continuous learner. Willingness to be assertive and get the job done.

THE POSITION / JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage relationships with many customers.
• Ability to travel 13-16 weeks per year to show the line at Apparel trade shows. Willing to drive the company transit van to several of our locations. Loading, unloading, and booth set up.
• Helping to curate and organize the tradeshow line.
• Customer service and collection phone calls and emails.
• A desire and ability to do daily live videos showing our customers the clothing line on our private customer site.
• Manage our social media.
• Self-motivated to initiate new customer sales.

We are a small company and as such, when needs change, we all work together to meet those needs. The right candidate will be flexible and willing to chip in, in any way required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A valid driver license, and dependable transportation to drive to the office.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

• Base pay with aggressive commission structure.
• No Cap… Ability to earn as much as you want.
