We have an immediate opportunity for a dedicated professional salesperson with extensive fine jewelry or luxury sales experience and knowledge seeking a full-time position. Exceptional customer service, resulting in exceptional business will be your main concern, but as your experience grows so do your responsibilities and opportunities. You will be the conduit between jewelry artist and client! Creative thinking and problem solving keeps this job challenging.

We are seeking a friendly and dependable, organized, detail oriented, tech savvy person who has a willingness to learn the Quadrum procedures and provide excellent customer service and support. The position will include, but not limited to; assisting clients near and far through multiple channels via physically in the gallery or through email, texting, DM, FaceTime; receiving inventory, processing & inputting inventory into our custom POS, Shopify, shipping & returns, social media, maintaining the gallery's appearance

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping

Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.

Work at a computer in our POS to ring up and carry out customer sales.

Collect payments by cash and credit card

Issue receipts and refunds to customers

Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.

Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

Willingness to work well in a team environment

Ability to quickly and accurately work a Point of Sale system and Shopify

Willingness to work a flexible schedule

*Flexible work schedule required, including weekend and peak holiday availability.
