Line Cook: Maeve’s Tavern
Maeve’s Tavern in Collierville is hiring experienced Line Cooks. We have both Part-Time positions available. We are looking for reliable individuals who can maintain a clean station and execute a consistent menu in a high-volume environment.
The Work
Execution: Sauté, grill, and fry items to exact recipe specifications.
Prep: Manage station setup, sauce production, and precision knife work.
Standards: Maintain a sterile workspace and adhere to all health department regulations.
Flow: Coordinate with the window to ensure tickets are pushed accurately and on time.
Requirements
1+ Year Experience: Must be comfortable in a high-volume kitchen.
Technical Skill: Fundamental understanding of classic sauces, heat control, and knife cuts.
Reliability: Consistent punctuality and weekend availability are required.
Physicality: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation & Details
Pay: $13–$18 / hour (starting rate based on experience).
Environment: Professional, high-standard kitchen.
