    We are a fast-paced, customer-focused Chrysler/Stellantis dealership committed to providing exceptional service to our retail and internal customers. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-driven Parts Advisor to join our growing team and deliver a best-in-class experience to every customer and technician.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist retail customers, service advisors, and technicians with accurate parts lookup and ordering.

    Provide knowledgeable guidance on OEM parts, accessories, and availability for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM vehicles.

    Prepare and process parts invoices, special orders, and returns.

    Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and inventory storage area.

    Communicate effectively with the service department to ensure timely repair order completion.

    Verify incoming stock orders, inspect for accuracy, and properly stock shelves

    Uphold dealership and Stellantis brand standards for customer service and professionalism.

    Assist with inventory counts and daily parts management tasks as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Prior automotive parts counter experience preferred (Chrysler/Stellantis experience a plus).

    Strong understanding of parts cataloging systems (Mopar, DealerCONNECT, Reynolds & Reynolds/CDK, etc.).

    Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    High school diploma or equivalent required.
