We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PAS Supervisor and Coordinator to join our growing team.

    Key Responsibilities

    Coordinate and schedule caregiver workloads to optimize staff capacity and ensure timely service delivery.

    Supervise field staff daily, ensuring compliance with care standards and agency policies.

    Review client records (clinical history, medications, fees, etc.) for accuracy and compliance.

    Conduct client intake assessments and develop personalized care/service plans.

    Monitor and evaluate client needs, ensuring appropriate service placement.

    Perform staff performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support.

    Secure physician orders and conduct home visits as needed.

    Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records and documentation.

    Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and office staff regarding schedule changes.

    Prepare and distribute weekly schedules and maintain visit logs.

    Assist with client referrals, billing paperwork, and marketing outreach.

    Represent the agency at community events and client meetings.

    Qualifications

    Minimum 2 years of supervisory or administrative experience in home care, private duty, or related healthcare services.

    Experience with EVV systems (e.g., HHAeXchange, Vesta).

    Familiarity with Medicaid and private pay client processes.

    Proven ability to lead, organize, and support a caregiving team.

    Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time efficiently.

    Must meet Texas state-mandated continuing education requirements.

    Job Conditions

    Primarily office-based with regular travel for home visits and community engagements.

    Occasional lifting of medical supplies or documentation.
