Assist in the preparation and plating of desserts with care, consistency, and creativity
Maintain par levels, prep mise en place, and communicate needs with clarity
Follow recipes and techniques with precision while being open to learning new ones
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards throughout every step
Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service
Collaborate closely with the pastry chef, line cooks, and service team
