    Position Summary: ****

    Lead paid brand and performance advertising initiatives and SEO. Lead development of the vision and media strategy to build brand awareness, drive new and qualified traffic, and meet revenue goals, while balancing the image and values of the brand. Lead the search for affiliate agency from RFP through agency selection and onboarding,

    Required Skills &Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in a media planning/buying role with experience in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through digital and traditional media strategies. Agency experience is a PLUS.
    • 3+ years of management experience, leading a team and budget, is required.
    • Retail brand-building experience in the fashion or lifestyle sector is required.
    • Strong understanding of digital media and the digital landscape, including display and social media.
    • Advanced analytics capability and strong knowledge of third-party tracking/reporting systems (i.e. DCM, GTM, FB ad manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
    • Strong written and verbal skills, as well as sensitivity to upholding brand image standards and creative guidelines.
    • Leader mentality, self-starter and quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes.
    • Technical expertise and understanding of Mar-tech ecosystem.
    • RFP experience is preferred.

    ****Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead development of media strategy and plans, primarily across paid digital space such as social media platforms and display; also print, OOH, streaming, and podcast·
    • Responsible for managing the paid media budget, media mix and creative assets needed to achieve brand, business and campaign-specific goals
    • Collaborate with brand communication team to define asset requirements and messaging strategies across media channels.
    • Lead our brand media agency relationship and partner closely with performance, email and customer insights to leverage opportunities.
    • Manage multiple agency relationships and/or direct media partners to negotiate rate, ad placements, and added value programs, successfully achieving cost efficiencies.
    • Identify opportunities to A/B test creative elements, ad formats, and promotions, to drive learning and optimization.
    • Work with digital team to optimize UX on eileenfisher.com for traffic attributed to paid media and collaborate with analysts and CRM team to strategize new segments and journeys
    • Measure campaign KPIs, synthesize information to clearly communicate insights, and share actionable recommendations with internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
    • Keep current on digital innovations, industry best practices, and competitor media strategies to inform our own.
    • Oversee Digital Media Manager.
    • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.

    The salary range for this role is $145,000 - 160,000/yr. dependent upon experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer competitive benefits including flexible work schedule, generous PTO, wellbeing reimbursement program and a clothing allowance to experience and enjoy product.
