OVERVIEW: Management Science Associates, Inc., (MSA) is a diversified information management company that for over half a century has given market leaders the competitive edge in data management, analytics and technology. We are seeking an Application Support Representative I to join the MSA IT/OPS division which has been offering data and insight solutions to the Consumer Package Goods industry since the early 1980s.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track and enter in Trade Program contacts to applications
- Respond to client inquiries via telephone or email and resolves client's questions or problems regarding enrollments and payments.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries
- Document calls, solutions, remaining problems and adds to customer service database
- Create reports containing tracking and/or enrollment information
- Work with other MSA teams to support retailer enrollment and payment programs.
Required Skills
- Requires four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with PC-based systems (experience with MS Excel and Word is required)
- Very strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills (must be able to work effectively with clients, internal production and programming groups, and suppliers)
- Analytic skills
- Previous call center experience preferred
