POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Recruiter on the People & Culture team, you will be a critical part of the business and influence the recruiting execution across Retail and Corporate. You will be a brand ambassador to candidates and facilitate a seamless hiring experience. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team, People and Culture Partners, and hiring managers to execute recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate must have DE&I experience in sourcing and hiring, be self-directed, systems savvy, and embrace a growth mindset always thinking of innovative ways to enhance the hiring experience.
