    POSITION SUMMARY:

    As a Recruiter on the People & Culture team, you will be a critical part of the business and influence the recruiting execution across Retail and Corporate.  You will be a brand ambassador to candidates and facilitate a seamless hiring experience.  You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team, People and Culture Partners, and hiring managers to execute recruiting strategies.  The ideal candidate must have DE&I experience in sourcing and hiring, be self-directed, systems savvy, and embrace a growth mindset always thinking of innovative ways to enhance the hiring experience.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle including job postings, sourcing talent, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, checking references, negotiating job offers, and onboarding.
    • Lead a structured interview process from end to end; including intake meetings, interview training as needed, facilitate interviews, feedback sessions and offer execution. Facilitate a consistent on brand screening and evaluation process for all candidates.
    • As the recruitment focal point, source and recommend full-time and contingent hires through all sources including diversity networks and resources, social media, on-line sourcing, college recruitment programs, etc. 
    • Assess candidates’ skills and experience to determine the best fit in alignment with EF values.
    • Foster relationships with candidates to ensure they have a positive experience.
    • Support company DE&I recruiting goal.  Leverage DE&I experience, engage with diversity networks, including professional and alumni HBCU networks, colleges/universities to promote the EILEEN FISHER brand, source talent, and build partnerships.
    • Develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with hiring managers.  Make recommendations to hiring managers on competitive compensation.
    • Support Retail hiring needs by providing creative solutions, recruitment assets, and administrative support
    • Manage candidates’ application profiles and status in our applicant tracking system by maintaining necessary administrative task updates throughout recruitment process.
    • Become the subject matter expert on the ATS, maximizing productivity, and educating hiring managers on functionality. 
    • Partner with internal support teams to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding process for new hires.
