    PATH is seeking a trusted Business Partner in developing, supporting, and maintaining PATH’s global Business World (formerly Agresso) ERP system. The ERP Business Partner will be part of a team that supports all activities related to PATH's ERP system with an emphasis on budgeting, accounting and reporting. They will work closely with partners across all PATH teams, including human resources, legal, IT, operations, country offices, and senior leaders to not only provide support and training on system processes, but also explore, implement, and deploy system enhancements and upgrades aimed at continuously improving PATH’s operational efficiency through better business processes and systems.  

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and implement ERP system application features and enhancements

    • Support global end users in all financial system functions related to the ERP application

    • Manage user defect/issue reporting queues and work in the ERP to determine the root cause and resolution of the defect/issue

    • Develop a strong understanding of business processes and culture

    • Manage tasks related to ERP administration, improvements, upgrades and enhancements

    • Gather business requirements and prepare documentation related to functional or technical design documents

    • Functional testing and rollout of customizations, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases and system integrations based on user/business needs

    • Work with IT or technical consulting partners towards common goals or resolutions

    • Communicate with business users on system performance, status of enhancements and defects

    • Develop and maintain reports, workflows, and queries

    Required Skills Required Experience

     

    • A minimum of two years of ERP experience including implementation, administration, configuration, upgrading, and troubleshooting

    • A minimum of two years of project, configuration, or administration experience in Unit4 Agresso/Business World

    • Experience in Unit4 Agresso/Business World in an NGO/Government context desirable

    • Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Integrations preferred

    • Experience with operational accounting, procurement, human resources, and financial reporting preferred

    • Experience with business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of customizations within software environment preferred

    • Experience creating custom AG16s, Excelerators, and SQL scripts is an asset

    • Experience working with end-users to map, implement, and test requirements is an asset

    • Ability to automate business / ERP processes in a Business World environment

    • Must have high level of data analysis proficiency in Excel (e.g.: Pivot Tables, advanced formulas/lookups, etc.)

    • Demonstrated strong communication skills, flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and willingness to learn new skills and technologies

    • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

     

     

    REMOTE WORK:

    PATH continues to evolve to support our employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, most of PATH’s US based positions are temporarily 100% remote, within commuting distance to our PATH offices. When PATH transitions more broadly to in-person work, we will operate with a hybrid workplace model. Hybrid employees must reside within commuting distance to one of our PATH offices. PATH’s US offices are located in Seattle, WA and Washington, D.C.

     

    COVID-19 VACCINE REQUIREMENT:

    PATH has instituted a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for all employees, interns, consultants, and temporary staff based in the United States.
