POSITION SUMMARY: Senior designer who is passionate about design and innovation.  This role requires conceptual and creative thinking, with hand-on experience from concept and production. Works well with cross-functional partners and constantly seeks ways to evolve our brand design.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design women’s Knits and woven and put together design spec sheets
• Work with creative team for next season inspiration and trend research
• Help create cohesive season presentation, including story boards, tear sheets and samples
• Shop the retail market seeking new merchandise and trend ideas
• Partner with brand concept and other cross functional teams

Required Skills Required Experience

EDUCATION: BFA, Fashion Design

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years professional experience in apparel design • Sketchbook Pro/ Adobe Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator/ Fashion Illustration / Adobe InDesign / PLM / Draping / Sewing/Flat Sketch / Hand Knitting/ Hand drawing/knowledge of garment construction/ Sourcing trims and fabrics
