HealthFitness is looking for a full-time (30 hrs/wk) MEMBERSHIP SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join the Recreation Team at our new client site in Downers Grove, IL. In this position, you will be the key point of contact for the community and members at the client's Health and Wellness Center. As a representative, you should have a desire to achieve team and individual goals set by the Sales Director and Club Manager. You must have great communication skills in person, on paper and on the phone and be engaging with our current membership base. You will also be responsible for providing assistance and service to clients by answering requests, process, and provide information on membership accounts. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Making and answering phone calls/emails.
• Prospecting for new members.
• Conducting tours of the facility.
• Assisting member with any questions or requests.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills / Word, Excel, etc.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• CPR/AED and first aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to work some weekends, evenings and holidays.
