    Position Description : Responsible for customer assistance and sales as well as assist in smooth operation of all back office procedures and policies concerning merchandise and supplies inventory.

    Summary of Responsibilities :

    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Be fully knowledgeable about EF clothing and fabrics.
    • Maintain / expand personal customer book.
    • Maintain high level of initiative, motivation, and self-direction.
    • Process customer shipments & damages.
    • Perform open / close out procedures.
    • Maintain high standards of sales floor and merchandise.
    • Assist in stock work.
    • Be willing to do whatever is necessary to keep the store running smoothly.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    Required Experience:

    • Previous retail sales, apparel or stock experience a plus.
    • Must have excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to work in a team.
