HealthFitness has a new opportunity for a PART-TIME, TEMP (M-TH, 7:30AM-12:30PM FOR 6 MONTHS) TESTING COORDINATOR at our client site located in Maynard, MA! This position will support our client site with onsite employee Covid-19 Testing to be performed weekly by employees. This person would be responsible for support at the site for employees to complete testing on their own.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive testing and shipping supplies sent to the site, ensuring they are in a secure room/cabinet.
- Maintain supplies from secured/locked area and set up and take down testing table with supplies for each day.
- Maintains updates/printing of membership forms, cards, new member packets, ensuring an adequate supply is available at all times.
- Monitor the process for the individual to administer the test on themselves – the employee does their own test, seals it in a tube and then in a bag.
- Available to answer questions and manage supplies.
- Packages, prepares and ships the package off to FEDEX for overnight delivery.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current First Aid and CPR/AED certifications preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively organize and prioritize work demands and complete work assignments.
