    Trustmark Health Benefits is seeking a PLAN DOCUMENT ASSOCIATE for our Plan Services Department.  This position can be located in any Health Benefits location.  The Plan Document Associate is responsible for preparing summary plan descriptions and/or group policies for client benefit plans that are less complex and/or less than 100 lives.

        

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

     

    • Works closely with internal and/or external customers to prepare Summary Plan Descriptions and/or group policies.
    • Prepares amendments/booklet certificates, as appropriate for clients with less complex cases and/or less than 100 lives.
    • Prepares and distributes group specific documents.
    • Other duties as needed or assigned.

      

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A minimum of at least one year of experience in the healthcare industry.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Ability to multi-task and learn different systems.
    • Ability to interact with internal and external customers and provide exemplary service to both.
    • Ability to work independently and meet hard deadlines.
    • Strong problem solving and investigative skills required.  
    • Must be flexible and work well under pressure
    • Detail oriented, organized and strong analytical skills

     

    Pay Range:  $18.00 - $21.00/hr. (Est.) + Bonus.  Candidate skillset, work experience, education and geographic location will be taken into consideration when determining salary offered.
