    LOCATION: NEW DELHI

    PATH began its work in India in the late 1990s, bringing governments, communities, private-sector companies, and experienced public health practitioners together to address some of the country’s most crucial health problems. In early 2000, the scope of our India program expanded with a major immunization initiative for the state of Andhra Pradesh. Today, PATH’s India projects focus on TB, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis-C, immunization, injection safety, maternal health, and more.

     

    PATH is currently recruiting for a Program Officer under the project Sunrise, to support in the project implementation in burden states of Northeast and selected sites in Maharashtra.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist with the development and implementation of blended training packages.
    • Support in planning in-person and virtual trainings for health care workers.
    • Author and/or oversee materials, including fact sheets, newsletter, project updates, and print releases.
    • Oversees the development of print and electronic materials, including web content, press releases, and talking points.
    • Support in creating project briefs, stories from the field and prepare presentations for internal and stakeholders.
    • Edit concept notes, reports and proposals to donors; edit other materials as needed.

     

     

    Required Skills Required Experience

     

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in medical/paramedical domain

    • More than 3-5 years of experience in health-related projects.

    • Experience in creating training material for project staff

    • Proven ability to multi-task and collaborate work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

    • Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and intense pressure to perform.

    • Experience in analytical, communication, presentation and report writing skills.

     

     

    MUST HAVE LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN INDIA.
