    JOB OVERVIEW: Atlas Van Lines is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and dynamic Accounting Coordinator to join our Finance team! This position works closely with our Logistics Operations team and will be responsible for reviewing and inputting the related financial transactions of this division, including billing and accounts payable. This position will also be responsible for preparing and processing customer invoices; as well as, receiving and matching vendor invoices to POs to release for payment.

     

    The essential duties and responsibilities are as follows:

     

    • Logistics Billing
    • Logistics Accounts Payable
    • Responding to customer, vendor, and internal inquiries

     

    EMPLOYMENT TYPE & HOURS: This fulltime position will consist of 40 hours per week. Hours may fall between 8:00am and 5:00pm, M-F.

    Required Skills

    • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
    • Effective problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of Database, Spreadsheet, and Word Processing software such as Microsoft Office
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, agents, and other outside organizations
