Titan Global Distribution, a subsidiary of Atlas Van Lines, Inc. located in St. Louis, MO, is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative/Account Manager in its Hospitality Department. Strong preference given to candidates with experience and knowledge in logistical services for one or more of the following industries: hospitality, health care, retail displays and fixtures.
Titan performs logistics and installation services for companies across a diverse range of industries, including consumer products, food service, retailing, hospitality, gaming and health care. We assist clients who open, renovate or relocate facilities by ensuring vital materials, fixtures, furniture, equipment and merchandise are in place when needed.
Act as liaison between Customer, Warehouse and Vendor contact.
Set up and manage projects.
3. Negotiate rates based on current market trends.
Increase business and develop additional services.
Accurate and timely data entry.
Miscellaneous administrative duties.
