  • Responsibilities

    +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+

    • Management of all CRG inventory properties including but not limited to:
    • Ability to develop and communicate strategic marketing plans for the disposition of inventory properties
    • Effectively Manage properties to minimize direct home sale costs
    • Review and negotiate offers on properties within the framework of Client policy and program expectations
    • Review and execute purchase and sale agreements and forward to designated National Title Partner for the escrow and closing process
    • Follow-up on inspection issues with broker, attorney and vendor
    • Effectively Manage properties to minimize direct home sale costs
    • Generate inventory and marketing reports to clients as needed
    • Responsible for maintaining data integrity
    • Resource for marketing assistance and consultation for unique and high value properties
    • Provide service delivery training on Real Estate related topics and marketing techniques to minimize properties from entering inventory 
    • Real Estate Broker Network support to Supply Chain Management Department
    • Vetting and Qualification of Real Estate Brokers
    • Data entry of Brokers into the CRG system/network
    • Audit and collection of past due referral fees
    • Review and approval of all Client Directed Brokers
    • Research of new brokers in markets not currently serviced
    • Ability to negotiate real estate commissions and referral fees, when required
    • Other duties and special projects as required and assigned by management

    Required Skills

    • Minimum of 10 years of real estate and/or relocation industry experience
    • Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License
    • Proven track record marketing and/or selling real estate and/or managing inventory properties
    • The ability to review, understand and effectively communicate BMA and Appraisal reports
    • CRP or SCRP designation
    • Strong knowledge of the US & Canadian Real Estate Practices
    • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Products, Social Media, Real Estate Advertising Solutions and the Internet
    • Customer service experience
    • Strong relocation product knowledge
    • Ability to work successfully in a team environment
    • Detail and task oriented
    • Well-organized with excellent follow-up skills
    • Consistently maintain a high activity/productivity level
    • Work effectively under pressure
    • Solid decision-making skills and creative problem-solving ability
    • Effective negotiating skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated flexibility and innovation
