    Job Description: Seeking Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNAs) of all skill levels for various roles to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions through our Next Generation Analysts portfolio. As a TDNA, you will showcase your SIGINT analysis talent and expertise while supporting missions vital to national security. Our national security depends on technology as never before, and this dependence is growing at an ever-increasing rate. As a cyber professional in the intelligence community, you will work as part of a team on the frontlines against our cyber adversaries. We need cyber professionals with technical expertise and a driving desire to remain at the forefront of their field.     More About the Role: As a TDNA, you will:

    Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads.

    Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.

    Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.

    Identify intelligence gaps to tailor the current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.

    Employ multiple analysis disciplines, such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage, and digital footprints.

    Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions.

    Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared insights into intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise.

    Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights.

    Distill, document, contextualize, and share your findings—including any new tradecraft that you develop—with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    Active TS/SCI with polygraph.

    Specific labor category determined by years of experience and educational degrees:

    Level 1:

    2 years applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR

    4 years applicable experience with an associate degree, OR

    6 years applicable experience without a degree.

    Level 2:

    2 years applicable experience with a PhD, OR

    3 years applicable experience with a master's degree, OR

    5 years applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR

    7 years applicable experience with an associate degree, OR

    9 years applicable experience without a degree.

    Level 3:

    4 years applicable experience with a PhD, OR

    6 years applicable experience with a master's degree, OR

    8 years applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR

    10 years applicable experience with an associate degree, OR

    12 years applicable experience without a degree.

    Level 4:

    7 years applicable experience with a PhD, OR

    9 years applicable experience with a master's degree, OR

    11 years applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR

    13 years applicable experience with an associate degree, OR

    15 years applicable experience without a degree.

    Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, and knowledge of customer toolsets and databases).

    In some cases, foreign language proficiency may satisfy experience requirements.
