YOUR DAILY WORKFLOW

• Serve as an extension of thousands of businesses across the country.
• Provide exceptional customer service to each caller. 
• Answer large amounts of inbound calls with efficiency and courtesy.
• Follow conversation prompts and scripts when handling different topics.   
• Identify the caller's needs, verify and accurately document the information.
• Meet or exceed personal and team goals.

SCHEDULE 

• Minimum of 20 hours a week  
• Some weekend availability is required  
• Training for the position is 30 hours a week and at a set schedule for two weeks, Monday - Friday
