As a Commercial Lines Sales Representative you will be responsible for effective management of existing customers along with development and acquisition of new customers. You will be counted on for strategic development and growth of profitable existing customer relationships with a focus on retaining and selling new and featured products to ensure continued growth. This will involve promoting and marketing company products, supported by approved marketing strategy, with the overall goal of profit growth

BENEFITS $1000 a month base + full commission rates

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
• Professional phone etiquette.
