Junior Sales Representative - Philadelphia, PA

We are seeking a junior sales professional to join our growing team! In this position, you will be responsible for new business development and lead generation to expand our client base. You will use a consultative approach to selling that establishes long-term relationships with clients. You will regularly meet with clients to position solutions that help manage energy spend related to electricity, natural gas, and energy efficiency strategies.
HERE’S AN IDEA OF SOME OF THE OTHER DUTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ROLE:
Prospect, uncover, and develop a selling strategy to secure new businesses.
Continuously develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the new customer base and retain existing ones.
Increase market share by generating interest and demand for our commodity purchasing energy efficiency and solar strategies.
Establish relationships with C-level leaders, expanding our footprint into large, strategic accounts.
The base pay for this role is from $45,000, depending on experience, and if you do well and hit your targets, your total compensation should be from $80,000 upwards of over $100,000. We also offer a full suite of benefits that begin on the first of the month after 30 days of service, as well as a 401K match and 15 days of PTO/sick time.
We have flexible office hours and every Monday and Friday are official work-from-home days!
