Need a Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer in Plymouth Nathan Lane, MN (Just 11 miles away from Minneapolis, MN)

We are currently working on proposal requiring Level 2 Desktop support Engineer for below locations with HealthCare Industry IT Assets experience.

Role - Level 2 Desktop engineer with Network Knowledge

Experience - 5 to 8 years

Domain - HealthCare Industry IT Assets experience

Job description

· Proven experience in desktop administration and asset inventory management, preferably in the healthcare industry.

· Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and an understanding of regulatory requirements

· Manage the decommissioning process for outdated or obsolete assets, ensuring proper disposal or recycling in compliance with relevant regulations.

· Provide desk-side support

· Provide the service and support required at the physical location of the desktops or laptops, associated peripherals, and other related equipment to maintain the equipment in good working order and each of the services listed below – Roles and Responsibilities table.

· Desktop client services include:

o Hardware Break/Fix

o Software Break/Fix

o Technology Refresh Install

o Moves

o Adds and Changes

o Desk-side Support.

· Provide the service and support required to maintain desktop software, standard operating system environment required to run the functions and applications associated with the desktop tasks and activities, as well as the associated business processes

Engagement terms:

Location: Plymouth Nathan Lane, MN (Just 11 miles away from Minneapolis, MN)

Hourly rate/Monthly salary: $20-23/hr. ONLY on 1099 basis. Please provide the best hourly rate and monthly salary. (The candidate should have their certificate of Professional and general liability insurance that is typical of an independent contractor for 1099)

Candidates should require having a Professional and general liability insurance that is typical of an independent contractor for 1099.

It is quite cheap and easy to get this insurance.

Start Date – ASAP

Duration: 1 Year.
