  • Responsibilities

    All roles are responsible for supporting the servitude of patient care; ensuring that all patients are treated ethically with regard to health and safety; ensuring that faults in process, training, and procedure are identified and communicated; creating and maintaining the efficiency of the process. This role will uphold and coordinate human resources activities including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee services Corporate benefits include but are not limited to: • Professional and Uniform reimbursements • Paid Time Off Applications • Pet Insurance • Gym Memberships Responsibilities: • Manage employee benefits including but not limited to: Medical insurance including health, dental, and vision insurance • Verify and manage employee eligibility • Review monthly statements • Verify and manage employee eligibility • Review monthly statements • Review employee timecards for accuracy • The process associated with payroll reports process payroll bonuses • Apply Paid Time Off (PTO) and Unpaid Time Off (UTO) • Coordinate all extended leaves of absence including those within the confines of the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) • Administer and manage workers' compensation insurance and claims • Respond and manage unemployment claims • Respond and manage employee verification of employment claims • Maintain active involvement in the employee recruitment process • Review applications to determine position eligibility Qualifications: CONSTRUCTIVE EXCHANGE • Has the ability to receive and maintain confidential records • Has the ability to solicit, process, and integrate input from team members and administrators • Recognizes areas of conflict or disagreement and deals with them through open and honest dialogue. Effectively provides feedback COMPUTER SKILLS • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Microsoft TeamsDemonstrates proficiency in Collaborative SoftwareDemonstrates proficiency in practice management software (Impromed) with intent to instructDemonstrates proficiency in time clock and payroll software Compensation: $25.00 hourly
