Because your overall health matters to us, your employee benefits include the following: • Health insurance package including Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage • Employee Assistance Program that offers counselors who provide assistance in defining, understanding, and resolving work-related and personal issues • Professional stipend for license dues, continuing education, and professional memberships • Transitional housing available and relocation expenses included in the professional stipend • Uniform reimbursement • Pet insurance for employee-owned pets • Employee discount for all employee-owned pets • Individual wellness supported by in house catered meals and corporate gym membership Responsibilities: Document areas cleaned and let managers know if major repairs need to be made Clean windows, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, and supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basis Lock doors to ensure building security once cleaning is finished Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building Remove dangerous hazards and clean up spills with squeegees or sponges • Assist the Director of Physical Properties and the Physical Properties Manager in conducting cleaning and maintenance of PAW Health Network, Inc. • Perform deep cleaning such as the use of deep floor scrubber, moving of equipment and hardware, and abrasive cleaning • Read, understand, and implement instruction from manuals and drawings • Track and fulfill maintenance schedules of equipment • Collaborate with the Inventory Coordinator for changes or needs of supply items • Understand logistics to assist hospital efficiency • Contributes to a positive work environment by treating others with fairness and respect • Provide timely and professional email correspondences • Perform other duties as assigned by the administrative team Qualifications: Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail 1+ years of experience as a janitor, cleaning crew member, or similar position Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification • Has the ability to learn and utilize all maintenance equipment   • The physical demands are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  • Must be able to handle, carry and transport equipment up to 50 lbs. • Tasks associated with this role are carried out within the clinic during the time that minimally impacts patient care practices. Tasks associated with this role are performed overnight and do meet the criteria for premium pay or bonus pay issued during approved times Compensation: $15 hourly
