What we do
PAXAFE provides an autonomous AI-enabled decision support system for supply chain leaders to exhibit resiliency and automation from their visibility investments.
PAXAFE’s SaaS platform — CONTXT — is a device-agnostic risk-management platform (powered by ATHENA LLM) that automates lane mapping and temperature management workflow, minimizes product and lane qualification lead times and reduces overall product loss for Life Science shippers and service providers.
PAXAFE contextualizes active and passive visibility data, quantifies risk and predicts OTIF adverse events.
Job Description:
As a Content Marketing Specialist with PAXAFE, you will be a key contributor of our Marketing team, working with our Head of Marketing, Growth and Product teams to tailor and position PAXAFE’s message to various target customers and partners. You will own demand generation by developing content and messaging strategies that will general inbound growth opportunities. You will play a key role in further solidifying PAXAFE’s brand as the most comprehensive Risk Management and Intelligence provider to the cold chain market.
Responsibilities:
Understanding PAXAFE’s customers’ various personas, from End Users to Buyers to Decision-Makers. Continuous learning around buyer behavior and psychology, and establishing a voice of trust that speaks directly to that buyer
Develop a social media strategy for LinkedIn, Twitter and other social channels that will build PAXAFE’s following and allow for existing and new customers to interact with PAXAFE
Build an editorial calendar for PAXAFE’s calendar year that synchronizes specific content around various holidays, events, etc.
Content creation: have the ability to create content (video, writing, etc.) as well as oversee an outsourced team of content creators from concept through execution
Maintain ownership of PAXAFE’s external content, ensuring that PAXAFE’s website, brochures and other marketing collateral are in accordance with PAXAFE’s Brand Standards
Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) enabling customers to easily find and identify PAXAFE
Conducting market research and benchmarking around Content Marketing best practices
Working with third-party partners to generate video, podcasts, and other content to be leveraged as a part of the Marketing and Growth demand generation cycle
Keep PAXAFE’s Product and Sales decks up to date, working directly with the Growth Analyst to create new Powerpoint slides and modify existing slides to convey the optimal message
Work with PAXAFE’s Data Science team to determine how AI can be leveraged to maximize content creation efficiency and quality of output
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital, English, Journalism, Communications, Psychology or a related field
Knowledge of and experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
Knowledge of and experience with online content strategy and creation
Awareness of consumer behavior and human psychology
General understanding of customer usage analytics and data interpretation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Innate drive to think creatively and do things differently
Proficiency with SEO Tools and various design tools
Proficiency with Powerpoint, Figma, Miro
Interest in AI-enabled tools that can assist with Content Creation / Marketing
Experience in B2B SaaS a plus
