What we do

PAXAFE provides an autonomous AI-enabled decision support system for supply chain leaders to exhibit resiliency and automation from their visibility investments.

PAXAFE’s SaaS platform — CONTXT — is a device-agnostic risk-management platform (powered by ATHENA LLM) that automates lane mapping and temperature management workflow, minimizes product and lane qualification lead times and reduces overall product loss for Life Science shippers and service providers.

PAXAFE contextualizes active and passive visibility data, quantifies risk and predicts OTIF adverse events.

Job Overview

As an Integration Engineer at PAXAFE, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to our users and partners throughout the entire lifecycle of their PAXAFE experience. Our users and partners are a diverse group -- from the fastest growing, technology driven supply-chain startups in the world today, to ERP (enterprise resource planning), TMS (Transportation Management System) platforms and traditional enterprise customers. You will work closely with the leadership team, Head of Integrations, Growth, and Customer Support teams in helping customers understand what is technically possible with PAXAFE’s CONTXT platform.

Responsibilities

• Understanding user and partner requirements and communicating how PAXAFE can solve their business and technical challenges.

• Planning and executing integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture down to code implementation.

• Creating technical content to show customers how to implement specific use cases or best practices.

• Serving as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our largest users' and partners' technical teams.

• Educating our users and our internal developer team about PAXAFE’s value proposition, best practices, and new technical developments.

• Leadership and communication. Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members up to and including the executive-level.

• A great collaborator, biased toward action and an excellent simplifier - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years in Integration Engineering, implementation, or related field

• Proven track record of managing complex, technical integration cycles with a variety of platforms (Oracle, SAP, TMS platforms a plus)

• Strong experience with designing, implementing, and integrating REST APIs

• Experience with creating robust external facing API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger, etc.)

• Ability to understand and document technology requirements to integrate with cloud-based and on-premise applications

• Be comfortable talking about technical concepts, and explaining how PAXAFE works, both from a product feature and API architecture perspective

• Experience on the following topics is a plus:

• PHP-Laravel, AWS

• Databases (DynamoDB, MySQL, …), RedShift (Data warehouse)

• CI/CD processes

• Bonus: Previous experience with IoT data in transportation, supply chain, or logistics industry
