The Marketing Coordinator is a persuasive writer and exceptional researcher who can lead a pursuit process from the outset to conclusion which includes  research, writing, editing, and publishing RFP/Qs response content, coordination of data and materials, integrate technical content provided by various author is and subject matter experts creating a well-written narrative and proposal document that aligns with the firm’s win themes.     PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES This position is based in PBK-WLC's Rancho Cucamonga, CA office. Responsibilities include:

    • Managing and writing content for responses to RFPs and RFQs, presentations, marketing materials
    • Develop tailored quality proposal material
    • Be actively involved in marketing production processes for all PBK-WLC divisions
    • Coordinate the efforts of technical professionals when crafting custom materials that best represent the firm's qualifications to a specific client
    • Possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and re/prioritize projects accordingly to meet challenging deadlines
    • Remain actively involved in the development and management of all marketing resource materials-brochures (project information, resumes, photography, customized verbiage, company data)
    • Serve as a liaison to clients, consultants, photographers, service bureaus, printers, and suppliers
    • Coordination with outside vendors and consultants (electronic transfer of data, reprographics, binding, etc.)
    • Perform research for others as requested

    A SUCCESSFUL MARKETING TEAM MEMBER

    • Equivalent Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field preferred.
    • Preferred minimum 2 years experience as a professional in content writer and/or graphic design in the A/E/C industry.
    • Preferred knowledge of the RFQ/P process.
    • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (latest version), specifically InDesign, and Acrobat
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong writing and copy-editing capabilities.
    • Good organization and communication skills.
    • Self-motivated, able to work independently or as a member of a larger team.
    • Capable of overseeing and prioritizing multiple projects at one time while generating impressive layout and graphics under challenging deadlines.
