    We are currently seeking to add a ACCOUNTING PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR to our dynamic team in Portland, Oregon.

    WORKING WITH THE PBS TEAM

    As an Accounting Project Administrator, you will be expected to employ great organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple requests, the ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to function well in both an individual and team-oriented setting. The ideal candidate is upbeat with a positive attitude, thinks strategically, exemplifies precise attention to detail, and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, the successful candidate will possess the independence to complete tasks and projects quickly, react with appropriate urgency to situations requiring quick turnaround, and take effective action with or without direction.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • New project setup
    • Maintain project related records, including contract and change orders
    • Monthly review of project revenue
    • Prepare final invoice package for all billable projects
    • Monitor aged receivables and support project managers with collections
    • Vendor/Subcontractor invoice processing
    • Special projects as requested

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: 

    • A minimum of three (3) years direct professional experience, or a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
    • Previous ODOT billing experience preferred but not required
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Deltek Vision software experience preferred but not required
    • Ability to manage time effectively while employing solid organizational skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
    • Positive, proactive, and able to exercise sound judgment
    • Must be able to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines
