SC law firm seeking South Carolina Licensed Attorneys in good standing to become a part of our team! You will meet with the borrower to conduct real estate closing transactions. Ideal candidates will have prior real estate closing experience and a willingness to provide the best signing experience for borrowers. Flexible hours, professional management, and competitive compensation; process compliant with the Doe Opinion and all SC state requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comply with all legal standards and regulations

• Confirm appointment with borrower in advance of closing

• Print closing packages

• Travel to closing location

• Licensed and in good standing

• Notary License

• Familiarity with various legal documents

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Excellent verbal communication skills
