Job Description
The PC Support Technician provides Tier I/II-level IT support to ensure seamless functionality of Air Force personnel systems. This position supports hardware and software troubleshooting, system reporting, user account maintenance, and facilitates communication with system owners and external IT entities. The role ensures systems used in personnel administration—such as MilPDS, vMPF, BLSDM, and myFSS—remain operational and secure.
