We are seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide companionship services, offering friendly conversation, emotional support, and light assistance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.

Schedule: Flexible scheduling Immediate opening

Compensation: Ranging from $17-$19/hour.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.

Monitor and record clients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.

Assist clients with mobility, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding care plans.

Document care provided and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Adhere to all safety and health protocols to ensure the well-being of clients.

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in the state of Connecticut preferred.

2 years of professional previous experience in a caregiving role required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and move clients safely.

Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.

Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and care practices.

Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
