Responsibilities:

Help to maintain the client's physical and mental well-being

Provide direct and indirect care to clients

Maintain a clean, safe environment

Safely transfer and ambulate client

Provide personal hygienic care

Observe, report, and document client status

Attend in-services for continuing education

May perform other duties as assigned'

Requirements:

Certification of Completion from an approved 40 hour PCA class

CNA license, if applicable

PPD/TB test or Chest X-ray (less than 5 years)

Reliable transportation

First Aid/CPR card (not required)

Eligibility to work in US. (Social Security Card, Passport, Driver’s License, Birth Certificate etc.)
